Emarati Youth Anthem
National Community Movement
Cultural Osmosis

A Song That Became a Movement
"Emarati," featuring Emirati artist Adel Ebrahim, was commissioned for the UAE's successful Expo 2020 bid. The song was selected by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to be showcased at the high-level reception in Paris before the Bureau International des Expositions during Dubai's winning presentation.
From Paris to Classrooms Across the UAE
What happened next was unplanned. The song spread organically into UAE schools, where students adopted it for National Day performances across the country. YouTube comments document children from dozens of schools performing it in class assemblies and national celebrations. A song built for a diplomatic stage became a grassroots anthem for a generation growing up with Expo as their defining national moment.
The Ambassador Title
AIWAH's founder was designated UAE Expo Ambassador by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for this work, one of the few instances of a music producer elevated to a formal diplomatic representation role by UAE leadership. The project established the template for everything AIWAH has built since: culture that earns institutional recognition, not just applause. This is what Cultural Osmosis looks like in practice.
